Exchange Policy
EXCHANGE POLICY
- We do not offer exchanges or returns in normal circumstances.
- In the rare case that a faulty, damaged, or incomplete item is delivered, customers can request an exchange for a different product.
Conditions for Exchange:
- Exchange request must be made within 7 days of purchase.
- The original product must be tagged, unworn, and in its original condition.
- The customer must return the product at their own expense to our facility.
- Exchanged item delivery time: 2 weeks.
- Sale articles are non-exchangeable and non-refundable.
- International orders are not eligible for exchange or refund.
- If a customer dislikes the outfit’s color once received, Knitted Blends is not liable to change it.
