Exchange Policy

EXCHANGE POLICY

• We do not offer exchanges or returns in normal circumstances.
• In the rare case that a faulty, damaged, or incomplete item is delivered, customers can request an exchange for a different product.

Conditions for Exchange:

• Exchange request must be made within 7 days of purchase.
• The original product must be tagged, unworn, and in its original condition.
• The customer must return the product at their own expense to our facility.
• Exchanged item delivery time: 2 weeks.
• Sale articles are non-exchangeable and non-refundable.
• International orders are not eligible for exchange or refund.
• If a customer dislikes the outfit’s color once received, Knitted Blends is not liable to change it.
