• We dont have any exchange policy or return policy in normal circumstances. In the rare case that a faulty, damaged or incomplete item was delivered to you, you can contact our customer service. Customers can exchange their order for a different product.
• Any article bought from KnittedBlends can be exchanged within 7 days ONLY. If the article isn’t received at our facility within 7 days of purchase, we are not liable to exchange.
• The Product must be tagged, unworn & in its original condition for an exchange.
• The customer must send the original piece back on their own expense to the shipping address to initiate an exchange.
• There will be no exchange/return/refund on the sale articles. Exchanged item’s delivery time shall be 2 weeks.
• KnittedBlends does not provide exchange/refund for international orders.
• If a customer does not like the color of the outfit once received, we are not liable to change it
